Humanity's World Report Card: D - At Best.
In the nearly 6000 years of recorded human history the human race crawled out of the caves and forests of our ancient ancestors and created megalithic structures, societies that gave law and order then developed the healing arts. Somehow our communities grew together to create language, science and technology which grew out of this social structure to only come to the brink of world extinction in the 4 billion years of the planet's existence. The fraction of time it takes for the human race to perhaps cyclically destroy itself is a majorl problem. We have in the last one hundred years created more environmental fiascos, nuclear melt downs and climatic conditions to challenge the last ice age 10,000 years ago. The pollution crisis that affects every continent's air quality is at crisis level as we decimate the planets lungs", the Amazon forest with materialisms profit motive at the fore front. Glaciers are melting creating flooding as green house gases remain trapped beneath earth's atmosphere. As we advance in more science and technology , those who have access are the one's most able to utilize it to conquer other people's as to annex their resources including human ones. With all of the intelligence that devised the computer age, nano-technology, HAARP, the nuclear bomb, SDI(Star Wars), satellites, the microwave, and cell phones we are no more closer to solving our planetary ills of human social equality with the creation of the wealth gap, education gap, energy gap, food gap, housing gap, clean water gap, and yes, the love gap. Humanity has used the material paradigm to only create bigger more complex issues for itself. The economic model we have used and reinvented every 20 years has also failed us, why . What motivates the economic sense of survival if it isn't the base instinct to survive, but humanity sought to amass beyond it's own needs with greed as numerous suffer.. So, what drives the economic system when there is suppose to be economic prosperity? Greed in its most splendid colors. On the Atomic Clock, according to nuclear physicist, we are five minutes to midnight; 6000 years is merely a fraction on that scaled down model of all 6000 years measured on a 24 hour clock. It means that humankind is literally a planetary and cosmic infant on the planet earth as it relates to understanding the solar system and milky way . It would mean that a "higher mind" or I dare say consciousness will have to be utilized to create a new paradigm for all humanity to operate under or face certain annihilation. The materialistic model of subsistence is apparently a non-sustainable model because it is one that promotes inequality, injustice and the same old utilitarian theme that "the end justifies the means". But, that means as this wheel spins "out of control", we end up destroying the majority of the earth to benefit only a few. Over that 6000 years of recorded history, those who spoke out with a philosophy which diametrically opposed the "materialistic model" of existence as the only survival method were often met with a power structure which found reason to either ostracize, denigrate or assassinate the character or body of them . Critical f

6 Possible Outcomes Anticipating The Next Economic Collapse
The world's global markets await the possible transition in the economic exchanges as panic has already sunk in since talk of the Petro Dollar being replaced by a Petro Euro. It appears that energy has remained the key to determining much of the steadying of unstable currencies. As American, European and Japanese "Stimulus programs" developed with IMF approvals new economic markets were developed by Brazil's rich energy markets, Russia's supplying of 33% of Western Europe's oil, India's large cheap labor production and boom in technology, China becoming the world's 2nd largest world economy holding much of the U.S. foreign treasury bond's as debt and South Africa's rich mineral and uranium supply were forming the new BRICS force. China not only introduced a new exchange that is not spoken of in western media , China has successfully copied American military naval and air force hardware and aren't too shy to parade it in the Mediterranean, East China and South China seas. International banks appear not to be concerned by these occurrences as new debt is created. New debt is not only created by the banking manufactured economic failure induced by the housing crisis of swapping derivatives, but new debt is created by numerous proxy wars. The Ukrainian transition government was supported partly by western NATO and the IMF banking powers because Ukraine agreed to take over a billion dollars in fresh loans which is fresh debt. This doesn't sit well with pro-Russian nationalist, but this debt will be settled with a "proxy war" ultimately which is occurring now. So, where is the world at and what scenarios can provoke a 2nd wave of economic failures? One is the implosion by the U.S. high frequency traders who gamble with many American's retirement. Second is the corporate spying by China on proprietary technologies that runs the risk of even cheaper tech products. Thirdly, new computers and robots that can virtually replace both intellectually and manually human generated labor and thought processing . The commercial real estate market might also tip the scales over into a dive . Another technology taking off and being realized as a game changer is 3-D printing and biological 3-D printing . Anything from homes, cars, a television or a human body part can be down loaded and printed from a copier . Lastly if holders of foreign American debt request repayment immediately a serious down turn in financial markets will occur . Whatever the case the new economic systematic change over due to a new economy will be determined by the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Bank of International Settlements and central banks such as the U.S. Federal Reserve, European Central Bank etc...) . In an effort to reduce counterfeiting physical money and other types of banking fraud, electronic currencies will become the standard of any exchange. Standardizing all national sovereign currencies to bring the world in line will be sought vigorously as a logistical accountability method of tracking and predicting where economic problems can occur.

Neo-Socialism's Holy Trinity: Destabilize, Displace, Depopulate , Our Only Option?
Why do Globalist sleep well at night when the world situation remains unbalanced and chaotic? It's because they can justify their actions through the precise themes of their elaborate agenda. Their well scripted policies keep a vulnerable world populous constantly begging at the mercy from those who ironically manufacture or permit this "state of emergency" to rescue them from it. For nearly six thousand years of world history very sophisticated methods have been developed to guide humanity as it diverts human intelligence away from questioning the authority of real history, but these methods today have mostly been used up and the populous have partially "awakened". The great ideas of philosophies , religions and archaic scientific approaches have morphed into newer socio-economic systems from capitalism, communism and socialism . But, even today while these systems have fallen down a newer, leaner more dogmatic system that can not even be recognized when it is standing right in front of the populous is interwoven within the very fabric of the culture one accepts and consumes in daily is taking place. This method to manipulate, study, inform and provoke humanity has been utilized by these systems by creating specific situations. Situations that are deemed problems, but these problems have a solution already for them that has been determined perhaps even years in advance by our "social engineers". It takes intelligence beyond the average person's belief and imagination as to the level of such "management" that already exists particularly with mega-data(bank accounts, travel, health, retail purchases, health records, GPS digital devices , etc...). The new system utilizes technology as a reliable asset and as a control mechanism. In the military we would call an ability to control or manipulate a person's data as Psi-Ops, on Madison Avenue it's called marketing, in political systems the operation is known simply as propaganda and in theocratic system it is called belief or faith. In either scenario the masses are "seduced" by methodologies that influences their behavior without fully being aware how external sources are influencing their choices. So, whether one can advertise with a sexy model in a TV commercial or use the threat of terrorism, both are influencing the subject/populous psychologically by triggering internal reactions. Fear and ambition are basic survival instincts that can kick in on cue from subliminal suggestions. Fear and greed/ambition can act as attractive motivators to get a society to do what someone would like. Trauma Based Mind Control and seductive marketing utilize the same neurological triggers , but why would an "educated" society allow itself to be willingly misled? Perhaps in times of war it's called patriotism, in times of financial and economic disasters it's called(false) hope, both are examples of cognitive dissonance. Burying your head in the sand is subliminally taught to us as a temporary coping mechanism in which to escape. The media further enables this when a story about a situation that could likely cause world war 3 could be breaking out is omitted for a Hollywood scandal or a sports athlete story . Economic ideas such as capitalism, socialism and communism have already been virtually phased out right before our very eyes and are being replaced by "super-conglomerates" with oligarchical poh are also trans-national entities and therefore act as de facto sovereigns unto themselves. When governments can mandate the populous to pay their life savings to "bail out" (pay off) the "super-conglomerates" that are "too big to fail" , the idea of having An American Dream turns into a nightmarish situation. The super-conglomerates created policies like NAFTA, GATT and the WTO to begin this systematic global shift through multi-national trade and financial monopolization. Next was to deregulate the media so that one major newspaper could not only buy up all other news papers , but now they can also buy up all television and radio stations and the FCC supports it (Michael Powell saw to it).An example of a "super conglomerate" would be CBS-CNN-Time-Warner-AOL-Disney-Westinghouse another would be NBC-MSNBC-General Electric . Examples of "super-mega-conglomerates" are the Federal Reserve Bank of Governors of the Fed who become board members of the NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange or Chairman of Lehman Brothers or Chase Bank. Another "super-mega" is the Medical Industrial Complex of pharmaceutical companies, HMO's, insurance companies, hospital industry, bio-tech industry and the AMA aided by the FDA. Perhaps the biggest "super-mega" is the Military-Industrial-Complex owned by the petro-chemical industry(PCI) which also owns the Medical -Industrial -Complex. The Military Industrial Complex(M.I.C) uses chemicals and mostly petroleum based products such as plastics used for virtually all home and commercial products. But the M.I.C uses higher grade products that would be used in (military and civilian)nuclear facilities, conventional weapon manufacturers, exotic-space age weapons. Famous chemicals the PCI/M.I.C is known for are agent orange, nepalm and depleted uranium. The first two can be used as fertilizers in the civilian population . The powerful industrial fertilizer(Agri-Business) companies are the same ones that make most industrial agricultural products including genetically manufactured products(GMOs). Lately, the newest super-mega conglomerate to receive media attention are the spy agencies that have merged with digital-tech companies. Google, Yahoo, AOL , Microsoft , Apple and Dell do not try to hide the fact that they are gathering social media information along with companies that make browsers and servers in which the NSA/CIA/FBI/ MI6/MI5/GHIQ can make back door ways to data mine private information. The telephone companies such as ATT, Verizon, Qualcomm and Motorola have willingly submitted individual's private text messages and phone calls to the NSA as well. Private corporations are also buying up prisons and public schools at a high levels . Private corporations are given carte blanche to purchase and create industry on public lands. It is easy to see what type of system we have slowly developing. It is "Neo-Socialism", connect the dots. This "new" Neo-Socialism combines government agencies, the military, trans-national corporations with bio and digital technology to create a new highly effective system. Trans-humanism was born out of this a higher more sophisticated and elaborate "corporatocracy". Those who study this should stop thinking that this is only occurring with clandestine operations and drop using the term "Illuminati" for Neo-Socialism because this shift in our global paradigm is "hiding out in the open". Neo-Socialism is a well organized global policy not any "hidden" agenda. A subterfuge of perniciousness that exponentially grows assiduously is taking possession of the "old order". But, perhaps "Neo-Socialism" is the only option left in a world with over 7 billion.Perhaps humanity can not evolve its communal conscience by raising consciousness without the aid of digital technology. It will take humanity, first, individually then through healthy exchanges trans-continentally through many communities to develop real human growth. The masses are becoming more hopeless and helpless daily, but their is still true hope in opening one's mind which leads to opening one's heart to the possibilities, but let's face it time is of essence , the next global financial or climate disaster could see this world system change more immediately than we know.

The Sacred & The Profane: An Experiment On The VA Health System
The recent debacle in the Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals and clinics has ran rampant for several years and its exposure is just reaching the pinnacle of more troubling news. The VA represents a very large demographics of health, healthcare, health delivery and other various health challenges with outputs that can be readily applicable to the "civilian" health delivery system. Their data represents a "proxy" for the civilian healthcare system as a real dual sample. However, the stories coming out of both Georgia and now Phoenix, Arizona are most disturbing where veterans are placed on a "secret list" and made to wait horribly long periods of time. The list states the patients will be seen within 2 weeks while in fact they are left to wait up to over a year for serious medical conditions and in many instances literally "dying" as they wait to get in. Speaking as a past VA physician and an ex-military personnel , I feel that our veterans deserve the upmost care for their service above and beyond their country's call of duty. But, when new systems can use these large demographics to provide data for either epidemiologic studies or actuarial assistance to improve budgetary concerns as in this case, the VA hospitals are an easy target to be cut as just a routine study in the failure of a badly run system. In the Arizona case the long wait periods were explained as occurring to enhance the appearance of efficiency and improve the bottom line for the hospitals. Veterans with multiple chronic illnesses and PTSD are seen as a useless burden on a system that sees prices rising. But, this brazen acceptable sub-standard practice in the VA is akin to socialized programs where many patients have healthcare "rationed" or withheld . Many healthcare systems throughout Europe and Canada must agree to an acceptable number of morbidity and mortality, this is almost tantamount to a slow euthanasia, but healthcare systems are merely pragmatic operations in which a utilitarian mode is paramount. These are all symptomatic of socialized medicine. Many of the acute and chronic ailments that veterans have can be quite extensive and without these benefits their healthcare would run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars personally. To some with political aims this could appear "burdensome" to an already very top heavy healthcare system costing 2 Trillion $USD annually. But, if this epidemic happening in one of the government's largest healthcare systems continues, one could only imagine that this must be either a poorly run system or that it was pre-planned to happen this way. This means that if this can happen with the VA healthcare delivery it can also happen with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare or any other government run healthcare system regardless of how much digital technology is guiding it. The only other possibility is that this debacle represents some type of "study" or what some may call "experiment" to see if this type of benefits-run operation is most or least
sustainable. It is profane to disregard human life in this manner, but the we mustn't forget the sacred reason why veterans have sacrificed so much for this country.

The Complex Dichotomy of A Post-Racial America
In the last two weeks America has seen two very different types of residual "racialized" situations take place, however, one has been publicly met by deep community outcry by affecting primarily a few elite millionaire athletes as being utterly racist while the other one which has been acquired through legislation by numerous state policies throughout the nation and will effect the nations college entrance of most minority college applicants has been overlooked. Even though this approved policy affects race , it is not being perceived as racist. The noxious venom spewed forth from L.A. Clippers billionaire owner Donald Sterling were vehemently revealed and resisted as the NBA commissioner censored him for life. His players threw their warm up suits on the floor in silent protest and he was ostracized by all associated as a fan or professionally in the arena of sports and the nation in general. The press had a field day on the scandal. But, the week before that how many news outlets locally or nationally on a repetitive basis continued the message that the ban on Affirmative Action as a policy has been upheld . Now it can be utilized by any or virtually all states as state law. Michigan resumed its fight for this and which was already upheld during the Clinton Era which gave Texas and California ( the most liberal state in the union. How ironic in the light the L.A. Clippers incident is taking place there.)to follow in suit. But , oddly enough we didn't see the outpouring or outcry from the news media, civil rights leaders in the SCLC, Urban League, NAACP or NAACP Legal Fund,ACLU,Department of Education or anyone else described as a civil rights leader for that matter. It is a new day. In an era of modern digital technology , where African-American 12th grade students(particularly males) can not read at 5th or 6th grade levels proficiently and in city's such as Atlanta where the public school teachers are erasing wrong answers on standardized tests to help inner city students cheat instead of achieve, progress, and graduate are caught. But, it's not all minorities or people of color who will be effected by these new bans on Affirmative Action particularly as it relates to race. The Asian-American students have excelled beyond all students . What mainstream politicians, particularly ultra-conservatives might read into these results is that we are now in an era where "the content of one's character(aptitude) and not the content of one's color has to now be taken literally. Liberals may feel that a backlash is happening, and that the words of Dr. Martin Luther King will be used against the legacy of a new generation that will not have any leg up in this competitive academic and global economic market. If misogynistic lyrics and wearing one's pants down to the knees are the greatest perceived problem that minorities think that they have, they had better think and look again. In the end it will all be seen as a class conflict affecting the lower socio-economic strata more by keeping most of them uneducated to participate and compete effectively in the future.

Neo-Socialism 101: Necessary for a New World Order?
Our world's sustainability is quickly becoming less assured as to whether it can continue to support biological life for the next century, but what can be done to assure our existence? As mentioned in the previous article numerous sociological, political and economic systems have been implemented usually through wars or after collapsed economic systems have all but too often failed. What we have shaping place now is a systematic "Chimera" called Neo-Socialism. Neo-Socialism is that Chimera that satisfies many different schools of thought and ideas of previous systems patched together with a new idealism. Neo-Socialism has a little bit for everyone's system. It has a sprinkling of capitalism, a dash of totalitarianism, a splash of oligarichal-corporatism, and a even a little dose of militarism. But, what is now different with today's "new order" of Neo-Socialism is that it is being ushered in under the cloak of super-technologies never imagined before. It is digital technology with the microchip and bio-genetic technology that are at the crux of the new century's new system because they are what steers the next real steps in "change" on the planet globally. Three areas must be obtained to realize this metamorphosis. One step has already happened, that of destabilizing the current global economic, financial and banking systems by obliterating the fiat currency exchange. Afterwards re-creating replacing it with a new currency exchange that is built on digital and microchip technology will be legitimately instituted. Digital banking tracks all users through consumer resources in virtual real time . The computer databases' ability to predict shortages of resources or potential financial sector activity can be monitored more tightly. Secondly is to control the worlds overall biology through genetic(DNA) patent rights which we have already with GMO(genetically modified organisms) been imposed by corporation rights to own life . That means plant, animal and yes, human biology will be owned by the new system. A new era of trans-humanism is already a very close possibility as we create bionic eyes, arms and legs that sense neurologically just like the natural original human part. Micro-computers will allow humans to interface with super-databases(via hand held devices, car, clothing, exercise devices, medical devices, social-entertainment devices etc..) these devices themselves are connected to super-computers. The biology of a human being connected to micro-chips will allow the system to detect one's metabolic and molecular activity as a unit of real measurable data to predict use, waste or benefit for system utility . The third part of the transition to Neo-Socialism is to co-op the worlds military so that it can oversee the energy, mineral, aquatic and agricultural supplies which can be further managed. All distribution of resources: water, air, land, crops, and industrial lands will be securely regulated by extremely accurate computer measures .Energy, the most important, will be both rationed and controlled as sky-rocketd prices will determine who has access in the markets. The regional wars beyond Syria, China's recent aggression on disputed islands in both the South and East China Seas along with Russia's grab for the Crimea and Ukraine represent a greater agenda beyond sovereignties vying for power, but rather diverts our attention from the actual "greater game", Neo-Socialism.

Neo-Socialism Part 1: Standing Independent From Neo-Conservatism and Neo-Liberalism
After World War 2 a "New World Order" was ushered into the 20th century, one that had to redistribute not only wealth , but global thinking. The old way was based on archaic sub-standard economic and social systems that had outlived their usefulness. With the awesome development of miraculous technologies from the outcome of world war 2, a brave new world was hatched underneath an unsuspecting world populous. Before , the center stage of this world had been lumped into either neo-conservative or neo-liberal views of economics or social systems. Neo-conservative views represented very paternalistic states often with a very militaristic edge that encouraged the industrial age, colonialism in the old mercantilism era. Brutal wars often occurred in these regimes. Neo-liberalism preferred to recruit super large and expensive social programs via a pragmatic approach to advance progressivism. Social changes in these neo-liberal periods proved not easy as "old guard and ideas" preferred to encumber advancements of certain sectors of the population expecting progress. These periods saw "class warfare" with civil war. Communism, socialism, populism grew out from these movements. Unlike a paternalistic state a social welfare program and one based on public service, public works all predominantly state run was it's mainstay. But, both systems couldn't continue to battle every few election years.
UNITY IS BETTER: By the late 20th Century we would see neo-conservatives hatch groups like PNAC(project for the New American Century) while Neo-Liberalism become dove-tailed by the New America Foundation . Post-World War 2 saw a boom in new orders of socialism come about with several governments. Russia's Leninist-Marxist form of communism followed as being a very repressive order that rapidly brutalized its subjects and reducing their population by 100 million. This form of centralized communism repressed people socially through the military and secret police (KGB). It also forced migration to urban centers and "co-opting" privately individual farms for community work was rampant. The old Soviet-style of government totalitarian rule saw to it through its 5 year programs to pre-plan what would happen for its future economy and labor force. On the other side of this communism was the Maoist-Kerensky type of communism. In China which adopted this the best, the population was "controlled" rather than reduced with a "One Child" per family order that still stands. A more powerful elite rules while agrarian communities serve the urban power elite to sustain its power. A well organized structure that was already in place from previous Imperial orders made the transition quick and simple once Chiang Kiachek was ousted. But, other forms of socialism exists in Europe. Most of Europe are Social Democratic nations(socialism) whether they be Germany, France, Spain or Italy and to a great degree so is the United Kingdom. Americans do not realize nor study this fact that socialism is already in place with our European allies. Programs like the European community, Euro Zone and European Union were created to make this very surreptitious transition to socialism. NAFTA, GATT, TPP, WTO are all similar programs that are making globalism's transition into Neo-socialism possible. Gone are the ages of Monarchies, imperialisms, fascism, oligarchies and colonialism. No one individual or class of group rules over another in our modern day "capitalism" - free market system or so it would seem. The abuse of power of creating implicit indentured servitude into horrendous debt ridden populations that are dependent on social programs still exists today much of it through many regional wars and banking collapses. But, what if there was a "New" order that had just parts and pieces of these "old orders" enough to make a pernicious assiduous transition that wouldn't threaten the veneer of there being a radical "coup" of ideas, implanted into all social systems, economic systems and an individuals daily life?

Hope & Tragedy: Capitalism's Fianl Appeal For Neo-Socialism
It has been written through the pangs of revolutionary ideas and movements that activist such as Thomas Paine, Patrick Henry , Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin forged the ideas for the "Rights of Man". It was hammered out in documents known as the American Constitution, the Bill of Rights and The Declaration of Independence. It was such a "best seller" that the French adopted their movement based upon it. Through civil wars and civil rights our country and the world has changed. With the transformation of the world through two world wars , the idea of globalism would be hatched via the League of Nations which was reborn as the United Nations. New thinkers such as George Orwell, Aldous Huxley, Carroll Quigley and Ayn Rand would write about the "transformation of man" in a format that would be commercially digestible in novels( (1984, a Brave New World, Hope & Tragedy, and Atlas Shrugged) that all seemed to foretell and anticipate the future of what was coming down the pike. The United Nations studies had already predicted that the world population growing exponentially would bring about the worst scenarios of a world in chaotic non-sustainability. Bottom line , critical mass for the "world population bomb" was predicted going off in the latter part of the 20th century. Capitalism run by a fiat currency would not sustain itself any further without going over a cliff . Over-printing and devaluation of money acts only as a legal Ponzi scheme to slow down the disaster as revealed by the 2008 market crash that precipitated the U.S. housing crash, and the global economic recession. A new economy would have to be developed to accommodate the masses to enter into today's growing Neo-Socialism . Technologies that are friendly and daily useful will have to become intimately tied to the global economy (Neo-Socialism)of the future for survival as it has already begun. These realities arise quickly on the heels of what may cause the next global economic crisis via technology, it's called High Frequency Trading of securities and stocks. High Frequency Traders(HFT) have created a scheme to trade Americans retirement funds on the stock exchange if they can anticipate where their funds will be invested so that they can be charged a higher rate for the trade within fractions of seconds . Yes, the digital world is a "hope", but HFT shows that it could be a tragedy used in the wrong hands the wrong way. In a digital world computers and robots can replace human labor , replace brick and mortar businesses , voter elections can be hijacked and human interactions become less which can affect human relations. As we become more impersonal with one another in a digital world, employment begins to slip. Artificial Intelligence will have to become a daily tool to "fill in the gap" for the economy for what will become the greatest "human revolution" for all mankind....A New World Order" that can bring every human being in line with a new "radical economics"(as stated by Pope Francis), now known as Neo-Socialism. A system that interlaces technology that can monitor every activity of a person and their consumption of products . This is done by making one's most guarded personal rights become a logistical monitored unit of a governmental state or corporation , one's biological-health. Health(an individuals private biological data regarding health, insurance, medicines, cancer risks, pre-existing conditions, food preferences, family history, health and drugs stores one purchases at) will become (as it already is) a publicly traded stock between corporations. But unfortunately the Millennial generation nor "generation X" will know what will be coming down the pike, because most do not read the news, history or current events.. But, at this rate their ambush of real education may be in effect enabling the necessity of a digital world that will control most aspects of their very being. The future is Today.

World War 3 Assured? Thermonuclear v. Protracted Conventional
In George Orwell's famous science fiction novel 1984 the concept of perpetual war or "war without end" is established as a permanent industry that employs all for the common good. "Double Speak" was a controlled propaganda machine that not only manipulated the masses by re-writing history, but also by omitting current events. Flash forward where the mainstream media knows that the biggest story it's sitting on top of is the social, civil and geo-political unrest in the Ukraine, but it would seem less likely when we sit down at "6 and 10". What has been developing in the last two to three weeks is that over 150,000 Russian troops have secured the border of southeast Ukraine while "stirring up" internal support within Ukraine. The first Ukraine soldier , an officer, was allegedly shot by Russians and Black Sea Russian naval boats have proceeded to sail into the area unchallenged as Turkish NATO forces look on. Secretary of State John Kerry has spoken to his Russian counterpart(Lavrov) and it appears an unavoidable battle is eminent. This all occurs after a referendum of Crimean citizens voted to be annexed by Russia, a NATO supported embargo on Russia, and military support being sent to Poland by western forces. After all this, it appears the end is no closer in sight as a new referendum is being proposed by pro-Russian factions within Ukraine as well.
These events have all occurred on the heels of a nuclear summit held by western forces . In a press conference, the U.S. president stated , however, there was more concern for a nuclear device going off in Manhattan rather than global thermonuclear war. Many New Yorkers are still not breathing any easier after that remark.
The Russian Federation was described during that summit as being just merely a "regional player" on the world stage. The leaders of the U.S., President Obama, Germany's Chancellor Merkel and Britain's Prime Minister, Cameron were all placed in a simulation of a nuclear threat situation similar to a war game scenario. The British and German leaders felt very uneasy and out of place in their contingency responses it was reported. So, what does that mean? It not only questions readiness , it is a de facto confirmation where we are headed in the world as things heat up and western forces get prepared.
Just recently, North Korea fired another Inter-continental ballistic test missile(Rodong class) with a range of 650 kilometers which triggered Japan to place naval destroyer gun boats to intercept any further demonstrations by the defiant nation.
Russian hegemony appears to be more difficult to contain as the world waits with the breakdown of diplomatic communications in the face of losing Ukrainian sovereignty. The diplomatic and economic responses may prove too little and too late.

All "Not" Quiet On The Eastern (Russian) Front: Part 2
Russia's sphere of influence not only upsets the balance of power economically in Europe by being the 3rd largest economy there, the looming defense forces stretched across Eastern Europe threatens to demand notice and dominate the real estate there as it has with Crimea. The Wall Street Bears awoke in the wake of Russia's potential invasion and Ukraine's civil unrest, plunging down rather quickly that week in February. When the Russian Premier, Putin announced that he wouldn't invade , the markets rapidly picked back up and high yields were produced from western markets. Russia is well represented as a member of the BRICS economic union, a super group consisting of Brazil, India, China and South Africa. These developing markets are buying up tons of gold , particularly China and India. The BRICS are dictating economics by suggesting a new currency exchange that might replace the U.S. dollar (USD) one day very soon. The Euro is slipping in value as well. With Persian Gulf alliances preferring a petro-Euro rather than a petro-dollar, the tides are slowly turning in favor of Eastern states. Isolating Russia with symbolic or even real harsh sanctions or kicking them out of the G8 will have little effects on stopping Russia's economic alliances. Putin is hoping to revitalize the old Soviet Union and it's Federation with a new Eurasian Union that will rival the G8 and the European Union.

All "Not" Quiet on the Eastern(Russian) Front: Part I
By now most Americans and the rest of the world has been following some aspect of what is happening between Russian, Ukraine and Crimea. In what has been described by Stephen Cohen of NYU/Princeton as the "new Cuban Missle Crisis" as tensions mount in this part of the world much like it did in 1962. This time the Russia lead by its Premier Putin seems not to be backing down. Unofficially the "first shot fired across the bow" has been launched with light economic sanctions against Russia as well as a temporary suspension from the G8 meetings. But, maybe the western powers have the situation backwards. Russia with the re-annexation of oil rich Crimea supplies nearly 40 % of western Europe's oil and gas. Germany's Andrea Merkel was more hesitant to place severe restrictions under the circumstances of a potential oil embargo from Russia threatening their and all of western Europe's economy. When petroleum products go up so do it's manufactured byproducts such as medicines, beauty products, herbicides, production of farm products by harvesting machinery, diesel powered trucks carrying food and other products and plastic productions. The interim Governor of Kiev has said that "these sanctions would not be very productive and would backfire". Oil is not the only leverage that Russia has, the 150,000 Russian soldiers on the Sothern and Eastern Ukraine borders is an open threat as well as Black Sea flotillas.

Neo-Socialism : A Concept Whose Time Has Come, Part 3
Neo-Socialism is based on the theory of "equal distribution of both services, labor, cost and product(goods)". That is the basic necessities of life would have to be guaranteed as long as an individual signs on to the global project in a means to benefit the "greater" good of all humanity. When "weight" is equally distributed on an ocean liner, all points of the vessel have to be displaced equally by the pressure of weight , regardless if you are a point in first, 2nd or 3rd class, everyone is all attributing the same effort(work applied to maintain balance to avoid capsizing) to staying afloat on a sinking ship . And it applies that if the same ocean liner goes down, everyone will go down with the ship unless there is help provided for all "classes" to be rescued. The rushing water doesn't distinguish between first class, 2nd class and 3rd class passengers nor how luxurious your cabin is. The world's current economy maybe conceived just like the Titanic ocean liner where we've divided all people based on the false idea someone's worth and value is based on what you've amassed materially in life. Neo-socialism's advanced paradigm shift evolves away from this and eliminates the façade that any part of humanity is better than any other sector based only merely on a materialistic basis. But, rather it ushers in such a new dynamic shift in the economic concept , however , getting human beings to accept this is another challenge altogether. How do you bring people to a new equalized and fair socio-economic basis without "rocking the boat" or without appearing to be bringing another section of people "down" to a universal equalized level? Also, how do you avoid making those who are already "higher up" too much further up the ladder? How do you avoid creating a greater divide or gap between "haves" and "have nots" . Economic systems can not evolve entirely as a new system purely by economic tools and instruments alone by fashioning the markets and commercialization because there has to be as much of a social change in the overall system to be equally effective in bringing about change throughout all society. The world's next paradigm, that is slowly being trickled down is one that will call for this sort of "equalization" of our over-all socio-economic factors for every single individual on the planet. It will and is thus, the biggest project ever the human race has participated in for one effort of survival of this planet(it is actually occurring daily, but not adequately reported or either just piecemeal-like only). It will be a massive program larger than the combined U.S. Social Security insurance, along with the largest logistics of utilizing all natural disaster relief budgets by the UN?UNCHR and all the budgets for past and current wars prosecuted in the last century together. It will need to be bigger than previous Lend Lease post-war programs during post-World War 2, larger than the all budgets of governments that have received Stimulus programs in the U.S., Europe and Japan and by all central and international banks . Neo-socialism will have to be greater than the rebuild of Europe after WW2 and the rebuild of Japan and China in the same period. The effort will be even greater logistically and monetarirly than all the bailouts of the current U.S.A., Europe and Asia. It will have to be logistically and financially supported greater than the world wide war on terrorism backed by multi-international national efforts. In effect , New-Socialism's new paradigm will seek to create a new currency between humans that may not be at all material via technology! Because it will transcend material wealth as we know it to rebuild the world.
Just off the top, corporations appear to be in the best place that can catalyze this type of change by those commanded by government policy, just as corporations stopped in World War 2 in making commercial airplanes and cars and started making B 52s and tanks for the world war effort. At that time corporations and manufacturers decided they would now make uniforms instead of designer clothes. Foods would have to be utilized at lower rates and rationed for those who were on the battlefield. Conserving energy, oil, gas, electricity and sharing in those resources were necessary for "the greater good" of the war effort. Why not utilize this same concept and effort for peace and economy. Now, do you recently remember that the television manufacturers stated they would discontinue making "old" anode" style teleivisions even if you had one that worked perfectly well or was even brand new. The "system" was going to change to HD models with cameras built into them and 1000 channels from satellite . The FCC(national government) would support this, but even if this was the case a Stimulus package" would have to be built-in for makers to make all those new expensive HD t.v. units for the loss of revenue on new expensive purchases that were not going to be bought due to low economy and higher expense of them. It is the same for the new battery operated and flex-fueled cars that are being built . But, to build one of those cars is about $100,000. However, the only way to bring those prices down would be to give a bailout or stimulus package to the car manufacturers so they can begin to produce the cars and sell them at a lower rate to consumers. Most U.S. companies took the stimulus package and our companies have become "nationalized"(socialized) on the record, the government owns them officially. It is the same with housing.
Governments can effect these economic policies of "stimulus" or "bailouts" for the corporations high cost of production and anticipated loss of revenue. Notice that we haven't seen the same abrupt mandated policy to change carbon fuel based automobiles to these new fuel types like we did with the anode T.V.s. Why? because the average car cost is between $28,000 to $100,000 USD ; unlike an average t.v. costing between $500 to $2000 USD. Mandating the industry only makes these alternative fuel model vehicles like what we did for televisions would abruptly rock the economy sector too much , too fast. Instead we will see these new car models with new fuel concepts "trickle" into society as old fossil fuel ones will just simply disappear because they will no longer be produced and fuels will not support them.
Just, what does this have to do with the idea of Neo-Socialism? It shows the concept of how the goals of the corporations will gladly merge into governments economic policies creating a new cooperative partnership between corporations and government making many of these shifts and changes possible. Whether it is televisions, cars, housing or education institutions having to have digital technology in schools and being financed by corporations, or privately owned prisons; this new government and corporative partnership will meld into a "Corporatocracy" . This seems to be the most important ingredient into forming an oligharichal-corporatocracy , true. But, the new economics will be based on human social behavior as much as it will be on financial matters. More importantly it will be digital corporations making many of the old policies that were once government decisions made by the congress. Newer produced jobs based on high tech micro-computers will replace many things that were done manually by humans. Technology will open up new fields of studies with new ranges and new occupations and professions will take shape and change how we will integrate science , technology, and social-economics to that of our own biology(by AI/bionics). Money as we define it today as being an exchange duly noted on paper for labor already performed so that it can therefore be traded , exchanged or purchased on a market, shall itself change as digital money will become common place. Money that is on a micro-chip/digital (bitcoin) can be scanned in real time instead of held up at the bank for 2 or 3 days. it means the individual will have access automatically , but so will the new system that connects banking systems, health care systems computer data bases to your phone, credit card, hotel, school and entertainment . The question we will have in the early 21st century is whether we should keep the micro-chip external to the human body or internalize it. As time passes situations and circumstances will reveal the convenience and assiduous uses of such a novel device to be involved in everything we engage in on a daily basis. Payments of items such as pharmaceuticals, blood check, your doctors laboratory and clinic visit, your heart rate, number of calories you eat, how hot your body got with what food, how much elimination molecules of CO2 , methane gas your body makes, how much energy your body stores in summer and winter will now all be accessible , pre-caluclated and predetermined its cost/benefit ratio to the society as a whole via the system's intelligence computers and smart devices.
This new economic system and new technology culture will become "the program" and will essentially have to be world-wide. The world will be in a new age that will introduce and be accepting of AI(artificial intelligence) by that time. From that point on the human digital divide will grow closer and as the world seems smaller, and now we will get perhaps one of the most precise states of "Neo-Socialism". If organizations such as the W.T.0(World Trade Organization), GATT, NAFTA, CAFTA, EU, BRICS, TPP, ASEAN and others were merely precursors to creating a "global village", then it would make sense that they were also the precursors to "Neo-Socialism". Just because these early forms of it were given multiple names for it, they still are all under the umbrella of the Free Trade Agreement which is all necessary to usher in "Neo-Socialism". Some, such the Presidential Candidate Ross Perot preferred to call this the "giant sucking sound" that was going out of one particular country to basically equalize all economies of the world in a system of artificial parity. In this policy we have the new world system that will be further developed and enforce a new high technology the likes of which the world has never seen , it will be a marvel, magical, but may take mayhem to introduce, initiate it, maintain and sustain it.

Part 2, Neo-Socialism A Concept Whose Time Has Come
The last lingering vestiges of the "old world" are fading away quickly before our very eyes. "Corporatocracies" can not "go it alone" without the public support of its consumers through government interventions such as creating "new money" ( taxes). A corporation can not do that, but public agencies also can not "market" a product like a free market corporation either. So, the two must merge together in a new socio-economic- political system where stimulus programs, multiple QEs, bail outs, Austerity-Sequester Programs and corporate tax breaks will be seen more along as the new corporate welfare of the 21st century . A car corporation can build a new tech car that will cost the public $100,000; but, to do that with heavy costs and demands of R & D, emissions and quality controls, the government will have to create "subsidies" for the manufacturer to make the vehicle, But, where do those subsidies come from? From the consumer who has received heavier taxes levied upon them to help that corporation build its new car. As previously stated, the "slate" will have to be wiped clean for the whole world; poor, middle class and wealthy alike to begin anew. It is known as a "reset" to the economic system. This newer type of hegemony will pull world resources together for a more uniformed effort. But, first economic and financial calamities and catastrophies will have to "assist" the process of a world wide economic "cleansing" according to this "doctrine" , It is neither moral nor based on partisan politics . Rather, it is a global solution that is both logistical and pragmatic. It is "the new paradigm". This system will make the policies created by Malthus, Engel, Hegel and Marx pale in comparison. Because Neo-Socialism calls heavily for computers, robots, micro-chipping of live beings and human beings as well as other inanimate products to be readily accessible to the digital divide. Just what has the world been enduring recently with hints to set that up? UNITED STATES: The last weeks of January and opening up in February, the markets saw their worst in 2 years. As "Stimulus is being cut", "Sequestration being bolstered" measures have all been instituted by national and international banks, the economy is still tanking. This is leading the U.S.A and world into a state of "Hyper-inflation", where just like the pre-WW2 Weimer Republic of Germany, a loaf of bread cost hundreds of equivalent dollars(Duetsche Marks). PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINE: It is also "shakey times" as China , which leads the BRICS nations(Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) economic initiative, is considering "dumping" its T-Bonds(Treasury Bonds) for newer stronger currencies. This will create the T-Bond bubble to burst. Both China and India another member of the BRICS are purchasing mass quantities of gold to back up what may be what's the next new currency for their nations(perhaps demanding the creation of a new world currency). On January 14th we saw the Word Economic Forum try to sue for peace as well as the other economic experts convened in Davos discuss how to correct and adjust the world economic crisis. The IMF(International Monetary Fund) also recently convened to discuss the "reset" to markets in the economy. The U.S.A. is a blueprint perhaps for what is to take place within the global shifts being prepared. As the U.S. economy slips , the BRICS ,ASEAN-TPP and Gulf State economic alliances strengthen in comparison to the U.S. economic attempts which seem feeble. Will the U.S., Canada and Mexico be forced to create a formal economic partnership with a common currency. It seems that's what the path of NAFTA, GATT, WTO, and CAFTA were all about. China is also looking looking at expanding and protecting natural resources with disputes not only between Japan's Sunkaku islands about petroleum, there is a bigger dispute between China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan about the Spratley Islands of the Philippines for minerals and fisheries. China seeks to empower it's expansionist powers by including a greater boarder of it's sovereignty into international waters, the East China Sea(ADIZ) and the South China Sea (Date Nine(9) are new stretched lines drawn by China that not only intersect their neighbor's borders , but crosses over into them. China's relationship with Tibet, disputes with India's Kashmere region, tensions with Burma and it's own Islamic population has sparked some potential for internal strife. It doesn't stop western nations , however, of "out-sourcing" billions of dollars to them as China's military "beefs up" one of the strongest and technologically advanced navies ever on the planet. Copying virtually every facet of the U.S. Air Force's F-35, the Chinese fleet is poised for action as they showed off their new air craft carriers recently in the Mediterranean. China's influences in Sub-Saharan Africa is also showing as it sets to control numerous natural resources from there.
What is happening with other AMERICAN ALLIES/NATO: Britain is in a stalemate with it's own version of inflation and economic crisis, but remains America's staunchest ally. Its economic and financial scandals with the London Whale and Libor has created something rotten in "The City" (London) that could cause things to further crack and ripple throughout Europe and the world. France's President Hollande after oddly obtaining the presidency from his opponent Dominic Strauss-Kahn(head of the IMF)was placed in the head role as leader of western forces in the war on Libya by spear heading the attacks on Benghazi and latter adding numerous forces in West African, particularly Mali. The Hollande Administration has launched new financial campaigns to tax those making over $1 million dollars in income at 75 %. France has seen protest about it's austerity as cuts to benefits for retirees are being cut throughout Europe. Spain's new unemployment rate comes in at over 40 % and has it's own "illegal immigration" issues from it's neighbors from the south. Italy has an unemployment rate of 41 %. Germany, the European country with the strongest economy has seen it's own central bank become the "de facto" central bank of Europe by handing out numerous stimulus packages to several European nations. THE MIDDLE EAST: It doesn't appear that the global war on terrorism is letting up at all. Iraq has seen more fighting that rivals that of that during the official war that the U.S.A participated in. Iran is poised to keep its nuclear program as a wider regional war creates destabilization of Syria and mass displacement of hundreds of thousands people. Egypt has only further deteriorated into an abyss of further strife, demonstrations, civil unrest and possibly another civil war. AFRICA: The Division of Sudan into South and North Sudan is being further divided as South Sudan will possibly split into yet another 2 new nations. The wars of central Africa are spreading continuously from Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda. The Southern states are in just as much disarray socially and economically. South Africa was poised to become the new jewel for a post-apartheid South Africa, but the abject poverty of "blacks" there rivals what it was like before during the apartheid era. Economic tensions could create a real civil unrest that would represent the protracted tensions that await release by poor blacks. ASIA: Tensions still escalate with other Asian nations while the first meeting of North and South Korean in 6 years happened this February. This occurs right in the midst of N. Koreas threats to destroy the U.S.A. militarily with nuclear arms along with S. Korea and Japan. Another earth shattering meeting also occurred in Asia this week when Taiwan met with The People's Republic of China for meetings the first time in 65 years,. Could it be that on the precipice of war, a glimmer of hope exists or is this the last final desperate talks that warring nations have before launching pre-attacks , in other words getting the "scripts" correct and ready for the teams that will participate in the future aggression. WHAT IT TOOK TO GET OUT OF THE GREAT DEPRESSION MAY BE SAME FOR TODAY: After the "Crash of 1929", it had to take more than Roosevelt's "shovel ready" jobs to get America back to work and the nation functioning normally. The world plunged into economic oblivion as impoverished conditions and numerous proxy wars began from the 1930's until 1939. Then, the world got it's chance. It's chance to employ virtually every human being on the planet. "The Industry of War" came to the world on a silver platter. The world was officially at war. The rate of productivity of armaments, planes, tanks, uniforms, foods, allowed for an economic boom at the expense of death . Death of soldiers, civilians, women, children and the elderly as well. Collateral damage is the price one has to pay to build a new idea, a new city, or a new world up from the ashes of it's own destruction. As most of Western and Eastern Europe was razed to the ground, parts of Africa and considerable amounts of Asia felt the brunt of the "war machine" in World War 2 . The Industry culminated into it's most brilliant machine called the Atomic Bomb. The game had to be stopped and a new reset before planetary annihilation occurred. The "referees" of the "War Game" thus created a New World Economic Policy called Bretton Woods via the World Bank, International Monetary Fund with the UN acting as it's main beneficiary. It even instilled a quick way to jump start war torn Europe with Lend Lease. America became the steward of Japan, the Philippines, Marshall Islands, and began to build bases throughout the world. But in the next "New Game" our closest ally, Russia would build an atomic bomb and become our enemies , just like that. By the time the early 1950s came, the world was booming, but booming to the tune of a new threat called the Cold War. Yet, in todays modern economic debacle, the potential 2nd economic crash would make the Great Depression look like child's play. Why? Because the world is bigger. We have a bigger population, bigger banking co-mingling of funds, a co-dependent world economy, massive shifts in cheaper labor sources off shore along with robots and computers, lower income mobility, less income equality. If a world war ensues after another economic crash, history will side with war. We are currently in a pre- world war mind set and environment currently with numerous regional and proxy wars occurring. Just like 1929 and the Great Depression we are also economically unstable. War is always the last card to be played when all else has failed to create stability. Usually the last signal that assures the world community war is imminent is when large economies do not pay back or default on their loans from central and world banks. When the U.S.A either pushes further it's debt ceiling to pay back it's loans, it makes the international bankers very nervous because they figure that the only chance they have in getting back their money if a nation's policy is only to "kick the can down the road" or default on loans is to create the situation of declaring "World War". When the war machinery kicks in , the War Industry recreates the means to pay back loans. The Stock Market Crash of 1929 started the American and the world's economic spiral . It took a world war effort to re-build a new world of peace , prosperity and growth. The war ended in 1945, but the economic boom didn't take effect until the early 1950s. That was a twenty year period of creating economic stabilization. If the Economic Crash of 2008 signaled a similar trend , then it won't be for at least 2038 before we would see the world get out from underneath its debt . To do that the "major players" in the "Great Game" will have to have already figured out what the new world de facto currency exchange will be, what will be the new technology that will be the standard, and who will be the new world leader countries. What happened after World War 2 was similar, but utilized a completely different set of tools, situations, and problems; the world was different, economies, banks and population all different. The current global economy doesn't have the time or means to create ideally Growth of yearly stabilization, lead with investments and savings over consumption, there is too much inequity in the general world population for all to gain equal access to technology and education as well as labor resources. No , we are at the end of our rope and not able to re-stabilize the fiat currency. Ladies and Gentlemen the "Industry of War" is come to be the last card to be played to assist the introduction of Neo-Socialization.

Neo-Socialism: A Concept Whose Time Has Come, Part 1
The New Global Economics looks more like some kind of Rorschach Test(psychological test) that has a bizarre shape that changes almost weekly like a chimera , anybody can call it whatever what they want based on what they see . But, neither can they make heads or tails of it. What is setting the pace for what feels like something eminent is about to happen in the world , yet, we just can't quite place our fingers on it. Most of us have heard or have learned about the concepts of "Neo-Conservatism" and "Neo-Liberalism" , but what we are not quite sure about is a concept that has been around for sometime, but never designated with a term. It is recently becoming realized in certain economic and academic circles. Just after World War I and a little before World War II , certain sovereign nations began to play around with different types of economies. This was during the time of an earlier great global economic collapse ; so ,as to deal with it , the blueprints for socialism, communism, totalitarianism, , free market - capitalism systems, and the oligarchical-corporate industrial-dictatorships began to experiment and take shape for a conglomeration of something from all of them. World War II had to take place in part to determine the validity of which system was more efficient for the world in some time and place in the future, at some undetermined date. We have seen the failure of capitalism as it was weaned off the gold standard. The iron curtain fell with Russia's totalitarian -communist state as an eastern leader. Western Europe has attempted to use a "friendlier" form of socialism , but has waxed and waned with the formation of the EU and the Euro which destroyed many sovereign currencies. So, what else is left? We have seen the emerging of national governments along with corporations and central banks bridging what will be the wave of the global future, "Neo - Socialism". The UN and other global groups have had time to manage how to usher this concept in with all nations to participate in it. To do this requires the biggest diversion ever dreamed up of and put upon "mankind". "Managed Chaos" is not magic, but it isn't easy either when there may be certain deadlines. What has to happen to usher in "Neo-Socialism", are phenomena such as economic crashes, wars, environmental instability, social and public health calamities as well not necessarily artificially, but it will be a domino affect. What we have now is the "clearing" of the "old order" and the recognition and introduction of a new world system and policy shifts. In order to do that technology will play a major role in "jump starting" this system. Technologies such as computers, micro-chips, wireless tele-communications, cyborg- robotics(AI) and genetics will play such an incomprehensible role, that it is hardly imaginable even now in what we call "modern times". But, we are getting ahead of ourselves. Before these things can occur, there has to be "organized calamities" or "managed chaos", first beginning with the dismantling of economies because money is what connects us all globally.

The Greatest "Side Show" About to Begin: Election 2014 & 2016
Many of us get whipped up into a frenzy about politics so much to even realize just how much of the "smoke and mirrors" programs" is programmed for us . It's done long enough to the divert our attention from the more important issues that really determine this nation's outcome. The design of "social engineering"( see "Mind Games" , ABC new T.V. series airing February 25th) of the public will not sense exactly just how certain "push button" issues are made to boil the preverbal blood , confuse and obfuscate regardless of your party affiliation. Oh, it's about to happen , again. The pomp and circumstances of the political systems pinnacle , the election campaign. Colors such as red or blue will be used to cause viewers to foam at the mouth on cue as scandal after scandal of potential candidates are rolled out for public viewing. It's gotten a lot more sophisticated but a "rose by any other name" is still just a rose or should we call it what it really is, dirty politics and the manipulative tactics to divert the public's mind off real issues that effect them , the world and their progeny. The new campaign promises to enact the paid talking heads who "spew venom" and launch millions of "paid" ads will clog up our television screens and pollsters will cold call us constantly, there just isn't any escaping it. There is already so much brewing finger pointing that most of any constituency will not mind the deplorable the public educational system has descended and it's lack of safety in schools. The disproportionate level of poverty with associated issues such as the discontinuing the SNAP program which is in jeopardy or the debate on minimum wage will go by the wayside. The potential of world war creeping in or worse yet, a dirty explosive device utilized to cause a national emergency from hijacked suitcase IEDs from missing ordinance flown by the Air Force is glossed over as just a common mistake or that many with their fingers that are "on the button" utilize scrupulous means to acquire their position is barely paid attention to. As banks amass trillions of dollars in wealth, but tighten their purse strings , the world economies are pushing policies of austerity and sequester on its populous at the populous' own expense. The economic imbalances bankrupting developing nations has a reflexive effect, it's called terrorism. But, we have an even bigger active nuclear problem with nuclear waste being seeped out of the Fukushima TepCo. plant(Japan) at hundreds of tons daily. The spread has crossed over the Pacific Ocean and has crept upon the shores of the Americas, but what does the nightly news do to follow this potential threat to the human species? Not to mention about Iran announcing that it will dismantle it's nuclear program. But, the would rather talk more about a music star "twerking", a governor who can't manage a bridge, the latest break up of T.V. actors or pop stars, or what a NFL cornerback( Richard Sherman) says at the end of a game. Justin Bieber's DUI arrest is run 24 hours a day. We put titles such as "Killing Kennedy, Killing Lincoln and Killing Jesus" as on our bestsellers list in a society with weekly mass shootings! The media has created even a new 9/11 after the Benghazi, Libya if that wasn't confusing enough for Americans still remembering and lamenting about the "original" 9/11 in America. Do the math the mext time you watch a national network news program and see within those precious thirty minutes how much of it is dedicated to "real news" and how much of it is either propaganda, advertisement or stories about television entertainment personalities. Nearly 7 to 10 minutes at best is newsworthy. Let's not even begin to get into climatic-tectonic shifts rocking the planet, earthquakes, hunger, pollution, rising taxes or cost of living index rising. The Business Insider online reported that at least 15 middle class jobs are leaving the U.S.A. for good due to the TPP(Trans-Pacific Partnership and computerized robotics). These include insurance adjusters, computer data, telephonic-operations and sales to mention some. What do we think, that the election of new faces somehow will change our situation? We are going to have look deep down and realize what George Washington, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Benjamin Banneker and Crispus Attucks were thinking about and finally envisioned to bring forth a nation. Abraham Lincoln saw his country tore apart by these issues that tweeked social engineering, yet he still pushed the envelop. However, "the game" had already been put into place. The manipulation of the people to see issues only as black or white, red and blue, liberal or democrat , left and right are all creating this artificial divide that has real consequences .But, today it is more sophisticated and the technology to massively get it out the seemingly programmed message is unavoidable. The education of a people begins and ends with self, with everyday real talk amongst its folk. But, now everybody is busy in traffic , stuffing their mouths down with a quarter to a full pound of flesh and guzzling down something carbonated with a toxic artificial sweetner( the FDA acknowledges that Pepsi has fetal parts and carcinogens, but states it's not enough to do harm). As we stroll out of restaurants with names like Heart Attack Burger, we stumble over some chairs and tables having another stroke or heart attack from the salt in those fries. Oops, did someone say healthcare is only a national issue to be only debated amongst pundits and actuaries? Forget that Moody's the people that grade economies and insurances and annuities just downgraded the American healthcare insurers! Its about to get "very real up in here, people". It will all be anchored on where you will be based on your values and views and I don't many television views, either. As we stretch our dollar how many will be willing to stretch out their necks? OK, put that neck right back into the sand and say " it's all just a nightmare Hollywood effect and I'm "gonna" wake up in the middle of this movie laughing about the whole thing". Let's be more critical in our thinking and reading of newspapers, radio and social media. Create a mind that isn't seduced my the commercialization of products to make you only "feel better" for the moment. Maybe ask what we are handing down to the next generation ask yourself what have we inherited in the last 39 years and what value has it today...then ask what value will it have tomorrow. Teaching the youth to be critical thinkers is not the "norm" , today. The herd effect of being a team player and conformity is the "normity" , so if you don't want to be "bullied" into this amalgamation, keep your head down and don't notice things or speak up about them, "lest ye be struck down". It's time to study CSPAN and see how the congress votes, write your congressmen, talk at town halls, but develop independent and critical thinking and opinions about the choices your leaders make. On the other hand you can lay back and just enjoy the side show again, and again, and again. Well, "gotta" go , I have to go set the DVR; the Knicks are playing at the same time TMZ is on. The beer and pizza is here for the Comedy Central . This going to be great.

The Silent Factor Balancing the Healthcare Equation : The Certainty Factor of Mortality
In a healthcare system , there are numerous variables that make predictability of a healthy life difficult. No matter how wealthy , healthy, how tall , how heavy or happy anyone is in a society; No matter how many medicines you take or supplements you consume and no matter how evolved medical technology becomes, one thing is definitely a "certainty" for all healthcare systems , mortality. It is perhaps the single largest issue we do not deal with directly on any basis including philosophical , economic, medical or even personally . It should be one of the key factors when computing a systems efficiency. No healthcare system or magical cure has been developed capable of diverting the certain probability of mortality. Since medical science in essence can not change the "certainty factor" of mortality by increasing quantity of life significantly , it can on the other hand significantly influence the quality of living, perhaps even dramatically. For the two thousand years prior to the 20th century , The average for mortality was less than 50. We've only increased quantity of life by 20 years in the subsequent years since then. So , that would be minimal in comparison to what prevention and health has done to improve life . But, this doesn't even begin to reveal the real potential the effect quality of living can still impact health for a system. So , it proves rationally, that the emphasis of health really should be strongly placed on our quality of life more as just opposed to quantity(number years lived alone). No matter how great one increases the "quantity" of life, the "certainty of mortality" will always supersede it.
There perhaps is no more important a time than now to emphasize the "quality of living" in an era where a large part of the population are living a lot longer and to longer ages; people are living with multiple chronic illnesses subsequently as well. Shouldn't we then be focusing on our healthcare system's ability to effect and improve prevention to improve quality and not to put a human being through the pain that comes at the time of eventual mortality? Effecting prevention means , not , just doing merely a once a year annual physical or cancer check, but by performing and reaching daily life pattern-goals with a set of behaviors that effect eating and activity each day that are essential to continued quality of life. Quality of life is "hinged" on prevention. The outcome is multi-fold because not only can you improve disease and improve length of life; a health system can improve its costs, reduce spending, reduce waste, duplicity as well as improve the socio -economics and efficiency of that system . Prevention places the root of health squarely in the hands of the source where health and illness begins and ends with, the individual person themselves who must live his or her life according to nature . Morbidity and mortality are a result of daily habits directly related to eating habits and activity behavior.
A Healthcare system is influenced primarily by two general factors . They are based on health maintenance and the delivery of care by improving life, but a healthcare system is also a measure of economics. Today our system is 18% of GDP which utilizes vital resources between several industries. But these two main factors over-look perhaps the biggest "silent" factor that influences outcomes, mortality. Our culture, traditions and modern society wishes to over-look too often how and when death or how long to maintain a life system(organism) will cost a community (nation) in the long run. We tend to emphasize quantity of life more as an extension of measuring an effective system; we think as if medical science alone can guarantee immortality through physical intervention. This skewed thinking in society has "cost" us in the long run. It is not easy to think of life in mathematical terms due to modern cultures inability to accept our mortality as a pragmatic matter and natural fact of life because of how sensitive the issue is. We'd prefer to believe our bodies will be there always, and that if our body breaks down temporarily, medicine will always be there to "patch us up" regardless, like driving a car into a mechanic's shop . Quantity of life is not like a car warranty, rather quality of life is closest to being it because it addresses the physical, mental and emotional well being of the human organism, by not merely dealing with a statistic. The economics of a system prefers dealing with numbers that are nice and neatly packaged representations of morbidity and mortality on a budget sheet. However , human beings are not merely numbers. This is the main difference of a "quantitative-centric" health system as opposed to the "qualitative -centric system".
Healthcare systems are intimately tied to the economics of national budgets, therefore your life measured in quantity and quality is both a measure of how much of a system's available resources are utilized by consumers in the economy( medical consumption/cost of living index). Insurance acturarial experts are utilized in both private and public insurance companies(Kaiser, Blue Cross,Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security) for the very purpose of measuring an individuals "risk" of Morbidity) mortality as it impacts economics . Our current system is no different as "all" systems are mathematical equations that have to be balanced(i.e., a balanced budget).A system makes assessments of either "risks" or benefits. Morbidity represents risk as the insurance company has to utilize more of it's resources. That would mean that a longer living population with more chronic illnesses will utilize more resources. What would be the benefit of that? It means that the remainder of society , regardless of how healthy they are will have to "counterbalance" or compensate for this "over-utilization" for longer life(quantity). It is difficult for medical doctors and patients alike to look at human beings as a unit of risk assessment and calculate their disease as a economic risk unit and predict how to reduce their usage .But the actuaries at both private and public insurance companies do just that because there profession is to see the human being as a number(unit of measurement) and disease as a statistic not as a person. Neither the emotional aspect of what individuals and their families feel with loss or other intangibles are taken into account. These "qualitative" factors can never really be measured by actuaries. This would mean that it is better to issue a prevention oriented health system as the "hub" to "balance" its spending and improve quality of life with respect to quantity of use of resources. If more than 60% of medical benefits are utilized in the last 6 months of life . Quality of life will certainly become not only an ethical or economic issue, but one of national duty? That is what a quantitative oriented-economic-based( for profit) healthcare system urges as opposed to a prevention-healthcare(qualitative) based system. Sometimes a system , if it is more pragmatic than utilitarian , evolves out of being purely quantitative/economic(HMOs, PPOs/for profit) , by putting more emphasis on prevention(qualitative) methods. It begs the question if monetary value ever should or could have been placed on human life via a system(medical) that seeks to improve quality of that life. It also asks the question to our system about the paradox of how much to spend in those last six months of life as well.
Real prevention in which quality of life is hinged on is itself based on five primary points. These are to always to allow the consumer the benefits of having regular physical activity, nutritional support, a wellness-based labor force, emphasize personal responsibility and prevention education .
This "new era" of medical science and medical policy will begin to challenge society's views on the efficiency of a purely economic-centric system(prolongation of life regardless of costs). These issues will also include as they already now do, the definition and use of hospice care. Hospice care is where either an institution or an at at-home based care is set up where those who are diagnosed with a terminally ill disease are treated with special care. These services are tailored to the high morbidity and looming mortality of a patient. Some "unorthodox" practices in hospice care may include meditation, nutrition supplements, marijuana therapy, experimental trials and palliative care. Palliative care is of its own has also become perhaps even a bigger issue than hospice care because pain therapy(the main focus of the therapies) is a cross-between therapy of hospice care treatment for reducing pain for terminally ill patients, but palliative care also may means reducing pain up to the point of allowing the patient to "terminate" their own life. This very controversial issue is called Euthanasia. Both ethicist and physicians debate if this is really "therapy" for a patient who is in chronic severe pain and will no doubt eventually succumb due to their illness or the intensity of their pain this could be looked upon as a "slow self-suicide". Both physicians and ethicist are looking for that transcending key sublime way for patients to "exist" in the least painful way that preserves dignity and respect while seeming compassionate themselves. This area is very controversial because of the Hippocratic Oath physicians take and the "cold accounting" the economics(monetary costs) of dying has with the insurance system . So, the question remains is it just a pain relief or is it an "out" when the pain of terminal cancer or a chronic infection is unbearable and the humanity of letting someone push the morphine drip to their own determined level of alleviation is being asked. This leads us to the question of the "Do Not Recusitate Medical order(DNR Status). In the future of medical practice, historians may feel this would appear as a contradiction of terms. Again, the irony of do not therapy for a patient who is in need with the fore knowledge of knowing their mortality. In the future marijuana also will become used for pain in hospice and non-hospice related care in this new era health system. But, perhaps the greatest controversy to overhaul an already fee-for -service (for profit) healthcare system is how do we create the "socialization" of healthcare. This is the pinnacle of converting a free market health system to benefit all, because the incentive on healthcare now has to be changed to fit everyone regardless of socio-economic or class distinctions, and pre-existing conditions. How do you do that when "money has always been the incentive" behind the compassion of care-giving? Although medical doctors have been the friendly face of healthcare, it is the stern face of the medical-industrial-complex of a business enterprise and share holders that steer the ship. They are mutually incompatible. Our system has become a paradox.
One way to shift the paradigm is to look at what is being done correctly with healthcare delivery in Scandanavia, England, Canada, Taiwan and France. These systems have made it easier to treat in a socialized medical system because they accept mortality as a factor of life ( reality), they are pragmatic about death, they use health more as a utilitarian approach without giving up on its humanitarian duties. But, the biggest thing that makes these systems "Cadillac Models" of healthcare systems of the world is that they pay 50% or more of their income on healthcare.
Again, as the "certainty of death" ever looms in everyone's life at sometime, we must look at the cost of more people who will die at older ages with multiple chronic ailments. We will also be seeing more of "poly-pharmacy"( overuse of multiple drug prescriptions) . We will see more billion dollar price tags for the treatment of end stage diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Poly-pharmacy to infectious disease specialist means more drug resistance to antibiotics. Poly-pharmacy to chemical substances means a rise in either abuse or tolerance. The need of more multi-specialty medicine means more time spent by trainees in low wage medical residency -fellowship programs which later become very lucrative practices. We must see also how tort reform must be alleviated in the conversion of a pure economic driven medical system to a more humanitarian system. A move many lawyers are not yet willing to give into, just yet.
I do not believe that whatever "change" derived purely from any economic-financial end of a healthcare system, that in the end it is better than one that promotes preventive- qualitative care as primary . Will some aspect of cutting wasteful spending and duplicity be seen as "rationing" care in converting the system? In the last five years we have seen the U.S Public Health Task Force increase the age recommendations for getting Pap smears, mammograms, colonoscopy , PSA(prostate specific antibody) for detecting prostate cancer as well as specific markers for Ovarian cancer. Why? Many clinicians refute the reasoning or data supporting these new "risk" changes to increase the age on detecting these frequent cancers. These recommendations to some lead to late or totally missed diagnosis in the natural history of a patient's disease.
In the end mortality wins out overall and above anything else, but it seems the time that we are here we should have the choice of good quality health, regardless the length of time we live to enjoy it. No matter what type of system eventually takes place(Single Payer, Medicare for all, Universal Care, Socialized Care, etc...), the purpose of the insurance system's function is to produce better outcomes of the bottom line through predictability of morbidity and the valuation of mortality. This is done by determining the eventual risk of disease. With all the mathematics , predictive values, and other statistical metrics, an insurance system can not pre-determine exact mortality. However, they can assess individuals into risk stratified categories. The system asks what "burden" does one's lifestyle have on the limited resource( cumulative premium totals). In the future new forms of technology(nano-technology) the size of a human hair or smaller will be able to read every physiologic activity at the cellular level and feed it in real time to a main frame computer so that several clinicians, actuaries, underwriters, pharmacist, financial institutions and insurers can know your real time risk immediately. This will then help the "system" determine continuous "cost" to the system and guide the consumers behaviors more favorably in the direction of asset loss prevention . In the end we must all realize our own mortality, take responsibility for our own personal health more and understand the certainty and impact mortality has on all healthcare systems. It is up to the "architects" of systems and the logicians to polish up the "quality" aspect of our healthcare system before it is forgotten as an equally important factor as the quantitative.
